How much water to put in Oatmeal

If you've landed here, I know two things about you: First, you cook, and second, you are computer literate.

So . . . . How much water do you put in Oatmeal ?

First: Use as much water as you want to eat.

Second: Use a water to oatmeal ratio of 2 to 1.

  • What ever water you boil, put in one-half that amount of oatmeal. Examples:
    • 2 cups water -- 1 cup Oatmeal
    • 1 cup water -- 1/2 cup oatmeal
    • 1.5 [one and one-half cups] water -- 3/4 cup of oatmeal.

  • When you're real tired in the morning, this is the better way to approach it:
    • You figure how much you want to feed people -- use that much water.
    • You boil the water.
    • You add exactly half as much oatmeal.

That's it.

Now, onto your computer literacy.

I suspect that you know someone who is involved in the commercial world.
